Eloise Yount and Kun Taing will present on the City of Atlanta's investment into new technologies regarding wastewater sludge treatment and disposal techniques. The team will discuss the relevance of advanced biosolids drying in Georgia, dig into the details of the new sludge drying process to produce Class A biosolids, and provide lessons learned for the ongoing projects.
 
Kun Taing has over 10 years of experience developing sustainability and energy conservation projects for both private and public sector clients. To date, he has successfully developed and implemented more than $34M of energy performance contracts. He serves on the board of directors for EarthShare of Georgia (ESGA). Taing is PMP certified and is a LEED AP with a specialization in O&M. He holds an MBA from Duke University and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
 
Eloise Yount is an emerging professional in sustainability planning and energy conservation project management. Since graduating from Georgia Tech with a BS in Chemical Engineering and a Public Policy minor in 2018, she has been channeling her interests in energy efficiency and resource management through her work with 2KB Energy Services. Eloise is on the Emerging Professionals committee for the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and is a LEED Green Associate.
