Scholarship Details The Georgia Chapter recognizes the cost of education and plans to award AEE Georgia Chapter Scholarships to select students that complete the AEE Foundation Scholarship Program application.  This award will be separate from the AEE Foundation's Scholarship Program, but use the same application.

All scholarship candidates are asked to fill out the student application and send to scholarship@aeegeorgia.org along with the supporting documentation in PDF format.

2016 Results    We are proud to announce the following AEE Foundation Scholarship Award Winner from Georgia:

2015 Results    We are proud to announce the following AEE Foundation Scholarship Award Winner from Georgia:

Ms. Joy Zhang - Georgia Institute of Technology (AEE Scholarship, $1,000)

The Georgia Chapter of AEE is also awarding a scholarship to the following student:

Mr. Anees Ragy - Georgia Institute of Technology (GA Chapter Scholarship, $500)


2014 Results    Again, the chapter is proud to announce that three students were awarded a 2014 AEE Foundation Scholarship. The Georgia Chapter will also be contributing an additional amount to the award.

Jacqueline Stephens - PhD student working through Indiana State University (Andrew Risso Award, $1,000)
Marie Kitchen - Southern Poly State University (CWEEL Scholarship, $1,500)
Megan Benton - Georgia Tech (AEE Scholarship, $500)


2013 Results    Again, the chapter is proud to announce that six students were awarded a 2013 AEE Foundation Scholarship. The Georgia Chapter will also be contributing an additional amount to the award.

Also, a thanks to the Council for Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership (CWEEL) and AECOM, a Fortune 500 Company, who sponsored some of these scholarships and made this possible.

 

2012 Results    The chapter is proud to announce that six students were awarded a 2012 AEE Foundation Scholarship.  Congratulations to the four students who received $500, Julius who received $1,000, and Jacqueline who received $2,000.  The Georgia Chapter will also be contributing an additional amount to the award.
