Summary:

Georgia Power will provide an overview and updates on the 2021 Commercial Energy Efficiency Program. The presentation will include examples of rebated projects, program requirements, eligible measures, incentive levels, and the rebate application process. Project highlights will include technologies that exceed Georgia’s energy code minimum efficiency requirements, such as HVAC/R equipment, LED lighting, and controls for existing buildings and new construction projects.

Speakers:
 
Natasha Reynolds is a Program Manager for Custom Savings, a Georgia Power’s commercial energy efficiency program. Her role is to support the implementation of the PSC-certified program offered to Georgia Power’s commercial customers. In previous roles, she worked as Facility Energy Manager for Escambia County Government in Florida. Natasha earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Panama’s UIP and expects to finish her MBA with specialization in Business Analytics from Florida State University in the Spring of 2021. She is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional with specialization in Building Design & Construction, a Certified Energy Manager, and serves as a member of the Standard Project Committee for ASHRAE’s Standard 100 Energy Efficiency in Existing Buildings.
 
Richard Cohen has over 20 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry. Currently, Richard works as a Program Manager with CLEAResult supporting Georgia Power’s Commercial Energy Efficiency Program. Prior to joining CLEAResult, Richard worked as an Energy Engineer for The Kroger Company where he completed numerous lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, and controls energy conservation projects in grocery retail stores. Richard also worked in the Construction and Maintenance Departments during his tenure at Kroger. Richard has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA and Master of Science Degree in Finance from Georgia State University.
